My career in the automobile industry started before my 16th birthday with mowing the grass around the dealership; there used to be a lot more grass, and sweeping the lot. After receiving my driver’s license I started in the clean-up department where I spent most of my time until I graduated from Millersville University. During my school years I also served as a Honda PDI tech, Pontiac salesperson, and Pontiac Parts counterperson. I also spent a lot of time as the nighttime receptionist. After college I became a full time salesperson until assuming the role as Pontiac Sales Manager. In 1985 when my father decided it was time to retire from the day-to-day operations of the dealership I became the General Manager. I have been involved with the New Car Dealers of Pennsylvania as a director of PAA for 14 years and served as chairman in 2006. I currently serve on the Board of the PAA Foundation as chair of the Education/Scholarship Committee. I have been a Member of the Lancaster Lions for over 20 years and serve on the Board of SABVI, SABVI Foundation, and the American Heart Association. I live in Lancaster with my wife Donna and our two sons Kris and Kyle. My two sons work at the dealership and represent the fourth generation of our family business. My hobbies include restoring and collecting antique and classic cars, woodworking, and playing guitar.

At the age of 20 in 1979 I started my career with the Jones Dealerships as a Technician. About a year later I moved into sales as a Salesperson for about four years. In 1985 I became the Finance Manager until I was promoted to GMC Sales Manager. I served in this position until 1989 when I became General Sales Manager, and in 1999 became the General Manager. In 2011, I took on the role of President of Operations. The combination of my career began in Junior High when I washed cars at a Ford dealership in Philadelphia plus attending an extracurricular automotive class at Vo-Tech school. I live in Hempfield with my wife, Pam, and have three daughters and six Grandchildren. My hobbies include boating, water skiing and spending time with my family.

I have grown up around the car business my whole life. My father was a big influence for me and led me down the automotive path. My career at Jones started when at sixteen years old cleaning cars in our recon department. While attending Millersville University for Business Management I worked in the Honda Parts Department. After graduation I sold Pontiacs and Buicks for a little over a year then I was promoted to Business Manger for our Honda Store. I then had the pleasure of moving to Acura and serving as the Acura Sales Manager. In 2011, I was promoted to the role of General Manager. I live in Strasburg spending most of my time off competing in events with my Acura RSX. My hobbies include playing guitar, modifying/collecting cars and bikes, and helping my father restore his antique cars.

As a teenager and into my early 20’s I started my career with Jones in the office working as a Receptionist and helping within the office. I then attended West Chester University and graduated with my Bachelors in Education and began working with young children in the behavioral health field. In March of 2011 I once again joined the Jones Family as the title clerk until December of 2011 when I moved into my current position as the Internet Manager and Honda EXCELL Facilitator. When I am not at work I spend most of my time gardening and making trips to West Chester and Philadelphia to visit friends and family. My goal here at Jones is to help make your Internet “shopping” as “Quick, Easy, and Pleasant…” as possible. Hello my name is Jason Ness. I started my career here at Jones Family of Dealerships in 2008 in the Acura Sales Department. A little about myself I was born and raised here in Lancaster. I graduated from Hempfield High School in 2002. In June of 2002 I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where I spent 4 years on active duty in California. While enlisted I served 1 tour of 7 months over seas. I have been married since 2003 to my wife and we have one son. When I am not at work you can find me in class in Millersville University, spending with my family, or maybe out at the golf course. When there is time I like to relax and watch my favorite sport teams and TV shows. I will always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my customers are happy. I was born and in raised in Lancaster and went to Conestoga Valley High School. I attended Alvernia University in Reading, Pa; where I majored in Chemistry and Forensic science. I have been married for three years and my first child is on the way. I spent some time working in construction for my father’s business as well as some time as a mechanic. After considering my career and my future, I came to work here at Jones. This very same dealership where my grandfather spent some time selling cars. I started in June of 2010 as a Sales Consultant here and greatly enjoy it, and I look forward to working here for a long time. I spend my free time with my wife and family, enjoying sports, and restoring classic cars. I was born and raised in Lancaster County. I proudly served in the U.S. Navy after high school as a Hospital Corpsman, serving in Rota Spain and Camp Lejeune North Carolina. I have four children whom I cherish very much, the two youngest still in high school and very active both in sports and band. I enjoy camping; especially sitting around the campfire and actually talking to the kids and adults without the assistance of cellular technology! Starting my fourth year here at the Jones Dealerships I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, customers and co-workers alike and very proud to be a member of the GMC Buick team.

I grew up in Lancaster County and graduated from Manheim Township High School in 2003. In my spare time, I am involved in flag football leagues. I enjoy watching and playing almost any sport. I was born and grew up in York County and attended Spring Grove Area High School and York College. I began my career in the automobile business in 1978 working as an auto technician and part-time car sales associate. In 1982, I started at Jones Pontiac Honda as a service consultant. Through the expansion of adding GMC in 1985 and Honda service moving to a separate service facility, I was promoted to the GM Service and Parts Director. I currently serve as the President of the Philadelphia 49’ers GM Service & Parts Manager’s Club and Chairman of the GM ASEP Advisory Committee at Harrisburg Area Community College. I also serve on the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center Foundation Board, and the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center Occupational Advisory Committee for the Automotive Technician Program. I live in Manheim Township with my wife Valerie, my daughter Brittany and my son Zachary. In addition, I have a daughter Heather and son-in-law Brad who have blessed us with two beautiful granddaughters Sidney & Emily, a son Jeremy, employed also at the dealership, and his wife Cherry who have blessed us with two grandsons Austin and Dylan and daughter Juliet and son-in-law Bryan who have blessed us with three grandsons Alex, Brock and Connor. I started my career here at the Jones Dealerships after graduating Solanco High School in June of 1996. I worked as a service advisor part-time for the next 4 years while I attended college at Shippensburg University, working summer and holiday breaks and weekends. I became a full-time service advisor in the GM service department after graduation in December of 2000, where I continue to work today. I live in the West Hempfield area with my wife Cherry, son Austin and stepson Dylan. I am involved with coaching their soccer, baseball and basketball teams, which keeps our evenings and weekends busy. In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, playing golf and spending time with my family.

I started my passion working with cars at Brownstown Vo-Tech my senior year of high school. Soon after graduating from Ephrata High School, I started working at Steffy Buick Pontiac for a number of years as a service technician. In October of 2001, after Steffy Buick Pontiac closed down, I started my career here at Jones Dealerships. I currently live in Lititz with my lovely wife and daughter. On my free time I enjoy working on my Pontiac GTO, 4-wheelers, or family and friends cars. I also enjoy being outside any chance I get to spend time with family and friends. The proper care and maintenance of those cars was constantly stressed and demonstrated to me. While attending Warwick High School , I was able to attend the Automotive program at the Willow Street CTC. I have been employed in auto service at various service positions helping people eversince. I have had additional factory training and am also ASE certified. I am currently employed as a Service Consultant at Jones Buick-GMC since 2009. My father owned his own garage so I grew up in the automotive repair business certain that I would never do that for a living. Right! I graduated from Millersville in 1974 looking for a teaching position that I unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) did not find. Married, working for my father and substitute teaching for about a year, I applied for a position at Jones Pontiac/Honda in November of 1975. I was hired by Mr. Jim Jones as an Assistant Service Mgr. and was ably mentored by Mr. Frank Morgan who was the Service mgr. at that time. I was offered and accepted the GM / Honda Service Manager’s position in 1980 and became exclusive Jones Honda Parts and Service Director in 1985. I served in that capacity until 2000 when I decided I needed a change and under the guidance of Steve Jones and the dealership management team, found my way to the Corporate Warranty Management position I currently hold today. I live in Lancaster with my wife, Janice, and have two sons and a Granddaughter. I love the outdoors, riding motorcycle (Hondas of course) and sports. I have particularly enjoyed a long-term participation in organized Volleyball at all levels.

My goals are to provide customers with and efficient and updated parts inventory as well as competitive prices to meet their needs. From there I moved over to our GM Parts Dept as a parts delivery driver. I made many friends with our customers and developed long lasting business relationships that still continue today. As a GM Parts counter sales associate, I work very hard everyday to provide professional, courteous, and dependable service. I grew up in Manheim and graduated from Manheim Central. I was born in Lancaster in 1967. I am the youngest of 3 children. My automotive career began upon the enrollment in the auto mechanics program at the Willow Street Vocational School. Prior to my graduation in 1985, I placed 2nd with my teammate in the Plymouth AAA trouble shooting contest. My employment began at Jones in 1987 as a technician in the GM service department. Before my advancement to a service adviser in 1989, I became an ASE certified master automobile technician. In 1991 I had the opportunity to become the Body Shop Manager. I completed my auto estimatics training at Vale National training center in December of 1991. In the following years I have become ASE certified in collision repair/refinishing. I am currently certified thru the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair. I have continued my training thru NADA, PPG, DuPont, and Masters School of Autobody Management. I reside in Manheim Township with my wife Tammy. Together we have 3 children Kyle, Kaitlyn, and Keaton. I enjoy outdoor activities including swimming with my family.

I have been at Jones for 16 years, spending the last 6 years as an Estmator and Advisor. I am married to my wife, Lisa, for 23 years and we have 2 sons- Rusty and Brady. While growing up in Manheim, I have always been fascinated by anything that has wheels but my love for the automobile started with the freedom of driving. Quickly I found, or made excuses to tinker on any and every vehicle I could get my hands on. My formal education in automotive service started my senior year in high school at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center in Willow Street. While still in High School I started my career with the Jones Family of Dealerships in December 2000 as a service technician in our GM service department. After finishing school I continued my education in General Motors Automotive Service Program and spent five years as a service technician, and another six years as a service advisor. Expanding my knowledge to all fields of the automotive industry I made the move to the body shop in March of 2011 and am now estimating automotive collision damage. I live in Millersville with my wife and two children and look forward to many more years at the Jones Family of Dealerships and any new opportunity that may come along with it.
